The Editorial team are very pleased to announce that the International Journal for Crime, Justice and Social Democracy is now in the top quartile (Quartile 1) in the subject category, ‘LAW’ in the Scimago rankings - and the only Australian journal in the Law category. The Journal is the only Law journal from the Global South in this quartile.
Internationally, the Journal is ranked 10th in the top 100 open access Law journals, and 1st in the Pacific Region.
The Editorial team acknowledge the Editorial team (past and present), reviewers, authors and the support of the International Editorial Board for the ongoing success of the Journal. As well, the Editors would like to thank the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and particularly QUT Library, for their ongoing support and commitment to open access publishing and quality publishing standards.
